I succesfully tested a couple operations with ncks, one of the tools in
NCO.

P.S. Martin, I think you may prefer I use CMake because hdf5 and libaec
moving to this, but this gives problems for nco: binaries would be
directly installed below /usr/local and documentation is not built (and
maybe more).  It seems that CMake should not be used for NCO in most
cases.

Apropos, I don't really understand why and how using CMake in a
dependency demand using CMake in a package.
