I think any new openvox port should do the same, there's no point in shipping
rubyXY-* packages for thes tools, really.

OK kn with MODRUBY_HANDLE_FLAVORS=No like openfact and openvox do already.

As a nit, BUILD/RUN_DEPENDS don't need +=, = is fine.
