updated tgz with tweaks, this one is ok sthen if someone would like to
import

- simpler COMMENT/DESCR
- fix spaces->tabs
- we no longer use MODPY_FLAVOR
- lowercase pkgname
- only list direct dependencies (drop py-cryptography)
- doesn't use gmake -> don't set USE_GMAKE
- no tests
- drop comment about Flask-Babel, speaklater; there's no reference
to these in the distribution
- regen PLIST with current setuptools version
