I would like to propose adding a port.

It is an X11 image display program, forked/updated of xloadimage
with new name "xopenimage"
(my son and I updated/added source code, fixes, add webp support)

I have a working:
/usr/ports/x11/xopenimage/Makefile
/usr/ports/x11/xopenimage/pkg/DESCR
/usr/ports/x11/xopenimage/pkg/PLIST

What should I do next?
