As always when we get close to release, here's the unavoidable ghostscript
update. This seems painless, though - lilypond rebuilds without issue, and while
in this diff I decided to err on the side of caution, we might even get away
without bumping the libraries.

Judging by the commit messages, it fixes two CVEs that have not been assigned
numbers yet.
