Hi,

this is a simple update for herbstluftwm to 0.9.6.

Changes are listed here[1].

Breaking changes[2] in this release are:

- The geometry based detection of panels now is only active if the
  setting panels.geometry_fallback is activated.
- The setting smart_window_surroundings is no longer a boolean, and as
  such it is now incompatible with the toggle command.

Some testing done on amd64.
portcheck, 'make port-lib-depends-check' are happy.
