This is the preferred license for OpenBSD submissions, according to that 
page you linked. This shall apply to my modifications, creating the 
tarball as presented in this email thread.

I really don't care, so ISC is fine. I initially declared CC-0, 
reasoning that this would be the most compatible and friction-free.
