hi,

sending this as a new port for readability, as upstream discontinued
releases for all sub-ports since a while, so now everything is a forest
of git submodules that we can deal with via DIST_TUPLE.

for 6.2 there should be less as everything is now developped in the
linphone-sdk repo, but they're still separate in 6.1.

most relevant patches kept, i've been able to call my cellphone and hear
me back so i guess the sndio bits still work. feedback on the port and
testing welcome.
