Hi,

I noticed a while ago, port tcsh has been stuck on tcsh-6.24.10
but the current release is tcsh-6.24.16.  So I did some poking
around.

Seems replication to site
http://ftp.funet.fi/pub/mirrors/ftp.astron.com/pub/tcsh/
is not working, plus seems that site is not is not 'owned' by the
tcsh developers.  You can see this tread from the tcsh mailing
list for a brief conversation about that site.

Sometime in the future you may want to source from
site: https://astron.com/pub/tcsh/

FWIW, I am able to compile and use tcsh-6.24.16.tar.gz on
OpenBSD 7.8 amd64 without any issues or patches.
