curl 8.20.0 no longer builds SMB support by default.  It can still
be enabled, but I assume the plan is to phase it out eventually.

I would like to follow suit and not enable it when I update the
net/curl port.  (However, I would keep SMB enabled in -stable.)

Opinions?
