now that this update has been commited, looking for okays to import
wayland-session and archiver. archiver patched to drop an mv flag we
dont have, and for wayland-session i've been able to test it with labwc,
qt popups from qt-layer-shell make the panel and desktop crash, that's
more or less the same qt-layer-shell issue as reported in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=479679 with fixes in
https://bugs.gentoo.org/923292 - but the fixes from gentoo dont apply
as-is after qt 6.9, too much was refactored. so the issue itself isnt in
wayland-session, i'd like to import it to ease future testing/debugging.
