Hi all,

Now seems like a good time to share a diff to update tex live to 2026.

I've build tested everything that BUILD/LIB-DEPENDS on tex live. No breakage.

I also checked the output of a manual build of the book "tex by topic". Looks
good.

Please give it a spin.

Gzipped diff attached. Note it's patch level 1 and from the top of the ports
tree, as there's a luametatex update in there too (needed for ConTeXt).
