Hello,

Here's an update for nuclei up to the latest which works fine with some
caveats noted in a new README. Namely, nuclei wants to download scan
templates from https://github.com/projectdiscovery/nuclei-templates/
which number more than 10k+ files which runs into limits for the number
of open files. Running nuclei with a path to a subset of templates has
been sufficient, but documenting the options for anyone else who runs
it.
