Built and tested on current/amd64.

Been using it for nearly a week. Cage, cagebreak, gnome, gtk{3,4},
gkrellm, labwc, kde-plasma, mango, niri, qt{5,6}, river, sway, wayback,
wayfire, and xwayland{,satellite} built fine with this.

This can go in after the wlroots 0.19 0.20 split and associated updates
if that is easier.
