Hello ports@

Attached is a fairly simple port of msitools. I had to use this to
play a windows game made in rpgmaker2000 on OpenBSD. Worked fine for
extracting that msi file. Could be useful for other people on OpenBSD,
probably.

$ cat pkg/DESCR
msitools is a set of programs to inspect and build Windows Installer
(.MSI) files. It is based on libmsi, a portable library to read and
write .MSI files. libmsi in turn is a port of (and a subset of) Wine's
implementation of the Windows Installer.

msitools plans to be a solution for packaging and deployment of
cross-compiled Windows applications.
$ make show=COMMENT

Any comments? I'm unsure if that WRKDIST hack was correct, or if that
SHARED_LIBS was handled correctly. Bit rusty on ports that build like
this one.

Thanks,
