Update fast-float 6.1.1 -> 8.2.10

Four ports in tree depend on fast-float, some big builds!
I tested building them with 8.2.10:

astro/celestia		builds
devel/vte3		builds
graphics/libplacebo	builds
astro/stellarium	builds
