I just committed an update to -current.

I won't commit it to -stable, because the only important
security-related change in the Tor Browser 15.0.17 release is the update
to Tor 0.4.9.11. In OpenBSD, Tor is a separate port, and Tor was already
updated by pascal@ a couple of days ago (in -current as well as in
-stable).

Since, therefore, the remaining part of the update is not that urgent,
I took my time for it.
