FWIW: My chromium has behaved a lot better after I
reactivated unbound-adblock on my gateway. (It appears I deactivated it
some time last year, but I can't recall why.)
Of course it has nothing to do with chromium itself, but unbound-adblock
doesn't just block «ads» but also tons of sites doing «metrics» and who
knows what that has little or nothing to do with site functionality and
actual content.
I can't provide evidence, but I swear some of my heavier tabs have reduced
their memory footprint by three-digit megabytes.
Anyway – Vinted appears to work properly without any crashes here. Cool
site btw.
