quick port for https://geographiclib.sourceforge.io/ which can be used
by geo/qgis (disabled by default, needs an additional CONFIGURE_ARGS to
enable) to calculate the components of magnetic fields from a magnetic
field model.

tests do run, but some arent built for reasons i didnt find.
