In my last bulk two ocaml ports using dune broke during the fake
step because 'dune install' assumes git to be installed:

Error: Program git not found in the tree or in PATH
*** Error 1 in /usr/ports/pobj/ocaml-cppo-1.6.6/cppo-1.6.6 (Makefile:8 'install': @dune install)

Similiarly for devel/ocaml-camlp-streams.

Diff below fixes that.
