Or at least it seems so by examining the JNA sources [1]. Probably a Linux version can be ported ... but after that we should rebuild IDEA from scratch. So fsNotifier depends on /proc [2] and seems to be very Linux specific. And frankly speaking I see that only fsNotifier and LinuxGlobalMenu can be ported, everything else is MacOS or Windows specific.
