Hi! I'd like to add a desktop entry for PC-BASIC.

Icon file is from
https://github.com/robhagemans/pcbasic/blob/master/make/linux.py#L27

PNG is from
https://github.com/robhagemans/pcbasic/releases/download/v2.0.7/python3-pcbasic_2.0.7_all.deb

Tested on GNOME on amd64. Ok?
