That's because they're runtime dependencies that are not installed at
build time.  We could set

	BUILD_DEPENDS += ${RUN_DEPENDS}

or something similar, but strictly speaking these dependencies are not
needed to produce the package, just to run its content.

Of the (optional) requirements in MYMETA.yaml we're lacking
Text::Unidecode and Unicode::GCString, which are both packaged.  They're
not new deps so I haven't added them.

(and it actually would prefer an updated forkmanager)
