Given the following scenario:

Port A dependencies: X, Y, Z
Port B dependencies: A, X, Y, Z

Should port B explicitly list the X, Y and Z dependencies in
{RUN,BUILD,LIB}_DEPENDS, even if they are pulled by port A already?
