This tool allows for much more efficient and safe syncing. > > Rodrigo > succulentoats.com > This is only available in downloadable source code form in the "Snapshot of the complete (raw) source tree" zip file, which is not their recommended way to build SQLite, and is rather difficult to work with. Otherwise they only provide it as Linux/MacOS amd64 binaries. Hopefully at some point they'll add tools to the autoconf tarball (which is the preferred distribution for building) and then it should be fairly straightforward to build on OpenBSD.
