Yes - it changes built object files to at least have a link to the
detached symbols files - and depending on how the port was setup it may
also result in losing symbols from existing built objects (some ports
will be building with either minimal symbols or in some cases debug
symbols anyway, and those are moved to the detached file).

So the built packages change, therefore REVISION should be bumped.
