Hi,

  I would like to work on the port of the cgoban3 client.  This is a closed
source java client to the kgs go server.  https://www.gokgs.com/
  I have contacted the developer and permission was granted to create
and host the packages for OpenBSD.  However I don't know if this is
sufficient.  Specifically I don't know what to write above the
PERMIT_PACKAGE=Yes line in the Makefile.
  How should I continue?
