The OpenBSD 7.7 release is quickly approaching and it's time to
prepare the ports tree.

No more imports of new ports, please.

Updates should be limited to important ones: fixes for actual
problems, required for the lifetime of -stable, would go into -stable
anyway.

Also, if people don't want to find out after the release that their
favorite application is broken, NOW IS THE TIME to test the latest
packages.
