Erlang/OTP 28 was released today and I would like to import and hook it up to
the build.

I have been locally testing the release candidates for a while already, so I
wasn't surprised to see the release version work without an issue on OpenBSD.

Hopefully the release of OTP28 increases the motivation for the upstream of
benchmarks/tsung to fix their issues with erlang > 25 so we can send erlang/25
to the attic sometime soon.
