please first state what you actually tested, especially for ports with
bazillions of consumers.. and even more when the changelog says 'This is
a comparatively large release, incorporating new features, some
bugfixes, and a few changes with slight backwards compatibility
implications.'

and how is it related to the wayland updates ? those require this latest
version ?
