The permissions in your tarball are a little funky, i.e.
why is your Makefile executable by wsrc and others?

I'm surprised portcheck didn't complain about it.

Also WANTLIB needs updating:
Missing: z.7 (/usr/local/bin/exfetch) (system lib)

And one more nit:

All other ISC licensed ports just refer to it as "ISC".
Therefore I'd propose

 > # ISC (exfetch), MIT (baked_file_system)
 > PERMIT_PACKAGE =	Yes
