Hi ports@,

this patch bumps anubis to 1.20.0. This release includes support for a 
non-JS challenge, so it should be of general interest to users of anubis 
on OpenBSD.

It builds fine, and I gave it a quick spin to test. However, I have to 
say that I've made a decision to roll back some of my hosting efforts, 
and therefore will not use anubis enough to credibly claim that I am in 
a position to maintain it, i.e. ensure its functionality is complete on 
OpenBSD. I would therefore rather be removed from MAINTAINER. I hope you 
understand, and I apologize for taking MAINTAINER in the first place.
