Is there a reason to suspect that it will cease to work correctly or will introduce security concerns, otherwise could it perhaps be retained? It as also possible to provide the same styles to Qt6 applications by passing the -DUSE_QT6 option to CMake, a one-line patch to CMakeLists.txt. This is done by some Linux distributions for example, with subpackages like adwaita-qt5 and adwaita-qt6. I have tried to create such a multipackage but without success, due to inexperience, so I made a test port 'adwaita-qt6' instead, which is obviously not a clean way to do it. But I can confirm it does work with qt6ct and qt6 applications. -- Chris Billington
