To answer my own question: theme setting in firefox mentions 'follows OS theme', but there is another setting in 'customize toolbar' that apparently set how the main window is using the theme: * Right-click the toolbar and choose “Customize Toolbar” from the popup * In the window check the titlebar checkbox. And voila it is following the OS theme. BR/Rob menu.
