This appears to be a client-side tool to ease configuration of OpenVPN
3.  We don't have for OpenVPN 3 which is a rewrite and different code
base from OpenVPN 2 shipped as net/openvpn.  I see they added support
for some non-Linux systems in OpenVPN 3 but I suspect the first thing
to do is porting OpenVPN 3.

I *may* have a look by the end of the current OpenBSD hackathon, but
feel free to beat me to it.
