Same on arm64.

No issue on riscv64 and sparc64 either, but building only the list of
lang/gcc/8 consumers from amd64, which is roughly fortran code.  Since
ports-gcc is so important on sparc64 it ought to benefit from a wider
test there so I'm resuming the sparc64 build.
