It does. But perhaps it's better not to auto upgrade unless some info
can be added about these OpenBSD-specific (i.e. won't be documented
upstream) changes are required...

pkg_add -r is also likely to work. (Not tested, I don't use puppet,
but it works for other ports in a similar situation).
