Hi all,

Enclosed is the latest version of Subsurface (as of a few days ago, as 
it's now using a nightly build system).  It takes Stuart's responses[1] 
to my initial update[0], merges it with Rafael's removal of webengine 
and printing in general[2], and uses the latest nightly version as of 
last Thursday or so.

I've been using this without issues, including cloud access, maps, dive 
planning, and exporting.  I haven't tried downloading from a dive 
computer as mine is BT.
