Hello ports@

I am writing here to say I would like to drop maintainer for x11/emwm
and x11/emwm-utils.

The upstream dev is a pain to work with and refused to upstream my
security patch so we don't need SUID root. The codebase of both
projects is a PITA to debug as its a total mess, and I just can't
bother learning this mess of a codebase to maintain patches I cannot
upstream anyways.

Frankly, I'm frustrated with the quality of the project's developer
experience.

I've since personally moved to FVWM (in base) to supplement my tiling
setup when I want floating windows, so I don't even use Emwm or
Emwm-utils anymore.

Could someone drop the MAINTAINER line for -current and 7.8 -stable?
