Thought this might help with www/seamonkey, but it needs more than just
a bdep. Leaving this here in case it's useful for someone else.

The pipes module defines a class to abstract the concept of a
pipeline - a sequence of converters from one file to another.

This is a replacement for 'pipes', removed from the standard
library in Python 3.13.
