Hello ports@, 

It was suggested in a previous port submission [1] that I make a port
for a vendored BUILD_DEPEND, so here that is. It will be a BUILD_DEPEND
of two other ports I'm trying to get imported, games/fallout1-ce and
games/fallout2-ce.
