... as a person who updated stable-diffusion.cpp to the releativly latest
ggml I can't dissagre with that point.

Also, I keep updating ggml and llama.cpp via "synchronisation points", and
adding here manual synchronization with stable-diffusion.cpp seems wrong.

I've brifley tested it with CPU backend, and it works.
