AFAICT, the only active consumer is www/chromium and iridium.
net/ntfy uses in only in a maintainer target and comms/zigbee2mqtt uses the
npm-served version in the maintainer target.

chromium still builds, but given the slow-down, I'd like a second ok before I
commit this update.
