Hello,

At the moment the dist tarball of geo/ncview cannot be fetched.  The
author of the software put up a reason relating to the California
verification law:

https://cirrus.ucsd.edu/ncview/

Fetching is not possible now.  Does this become a problem for the
existence of the port and package?
