I looked over the development history in the Git repository.  (See
the "dev" branch, which preserves the commit dates.)  There was
active development until 2008, with one commit on top in 2011, which
is what Debian ships.  Since then, there have been some haphazard
changes, and again no activity since 2020.

So basically this is an HTML/CSS widget from 2008.

I'm in favor of removing it.
