Hi,

I'm looking into upgrading security/plaso and it's dependencies.

One of those dependencies is sysutils/libfsntfs, while upgrading, I
opportunistically intend to move it into sysutils/libyal.

besides updating LIB_DEPENDS and bumping ports depending on it:
rm -rf sysutils/libfsntfs
remove entry from sysutils/Makefile
add entry to sysutils/libyal/Makefile
cvs import what I have below (to ease review, just showing the diff to
what's currently in sysutils/libfsntfs)

Two questions I have:
the @pkgpath in PLIST is enough, or do I need more, something in quirks?
a make update just works with that.

Second question:
make test requires autoconf this specific version.
I added AUTOCONF_VERSION and the TEST_DEPENDS. Is that the correct way to
go?
