Ah, only for qgis I cheated by bumping all that had absl_* in NEEDED
as old abseil-cpp was not installed at that time to run check_sym.

And then I promptly forgot it before sending out, thanks for checking!

It'll be fixed in the second diff once I built the last four ports.
