I really don't like those long paths under FULLDISTDIR, use the {url}
syntax of DISTFILES to trim them. Untested but maybe like this is all
you'd need: joda-time/joda-time/2.13.1/{}joda-time-2.13.1.jar

guess that's a new port providing a .jar? it would need to
be RUN_DEPENDS (and maybe BUILD_DEPENDS) unless it provides an
.so which is linked.
