Please find below an update for mail/mlmmj to version 2.2.0.

Notes about this update:
1. Test results (with updated devel/{atf,kyua} sent separately):
   303/303 passed (0 failed)
2. Stop using --enable-receive-strip=yes as it is now deprecated. The
   functionality this flag provides is now part of mlmmj-receive[0]
3. Update website URL
4. Follow build dependency rename: devel/kyua-cli --> devel/kyua
   (updates need to go in together)
