From: pvpdm email Subject: Re: Caddy port (caddy-2.11.4) doesn't bind on ipv6 interfaces To: Stuart Henderson Cc: ports@openbsd.org Date: Mon, 12 Oct 2026 20:50:08 +0300 Hello again, Adding "default_bind tcp4/0.0.0.0 tcp6/[::]" to the global config of my Caddyfile made caddy bind to the IPv6 address and fixed my issue. I believe that a note about this should be added to the package README to help more people use IPv6 as it's such a simple fix. Thank you very much for your help On 12/10/26 18:24, Stuart Henderson wrote: > On 2026/10/12 02:57, pvpdm email wrote: >> Hello OpenBSD ports team, >> >> I am using caddy-2.11.4 to act as a simple http server and reverse proxy for some services in >> my home network. >> >> I have both IPv4 and IPv6 support from my ISP and I have enabled IPv6 on on the OpenBSD >> machine.
